Do you offer free shipping?
Orders of $150+ qualify for free shipping. Orders that do not meet this threshold will incur a standard delivery fee.
When should I expect to receive my order?
Orders are fulfilled Monday-Friday, within 1-3 days after the order is placed. While we do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, this is a general guideline.
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
Timeless Outdoors accepts returns/exchanges as long as the product is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and without damage. Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking number. Please note that your tracking information may not be immediately available after your order is placed but will become available once the label has been scanned by the postal service.
Does Timeless Outdoors have a storefront?
